Very Fast Service * * * * *
I got locked out of my house & I called for a Locksmith around 12:15 PM & they did not even answer the phone. I then called Citrus Lock & Security & they answered the phone on the second ring. I was so happy to hear a real live voice & not a machine. Bob told me he could be here in about a half hour. Much to my surprise, he was here in about 15 minutes & got me back inside my house in what seemed like only seconds later. I was very happy with the price I paid & I will always highly recommend him. Very Reasonable * * * * *
When I got locked out of my car, I thought I would have to pay through the nose for anyone to come out on a Sunday night to get me back in. I called other Locksmiths in the phone book only to get answering machines. I was about to give up & then came across Citrus Lock & Security's ad in the Yellow Pages. I was shocked to actually hear a live person answer the phone. When I told him I was at Wal Mart in Ocala he told me it would be about an hour for him to get there. I was very happy & releived when I saw him pulling into the parking lot about 25 minutes after I called him. Bob did a great job & had me back in my car in no time at all. After doing some remodeling on my house, I decided to have some deadbolt locks installed on the new doors. I called around to get some idea of what this would cost & I was getting very frustrated at what some Locksmith's were charging for this kind of work. I was just about to give up & I called Citrus Lock & Security to get his price. After he asked me to describe what I was looking to do, Bob offered some recommendations as to how I could get this done with minimal expense. He was the ONLY Locksmith, out of 5 others I had already talked to, who took the time to ask me questions about the type of locks I had on the doors. I was very impressed with his work, ethics, professionalism & very happy with the price he charged me to get this done the way I wanted it. I highly recommend him. I came home from shopping in Crystal River last week & my keys would not work in the lock. I started calling around to find a Locksmith who would help me. After several answering machines, I called Citrus Lock & Security & he answered the phone right away. When I told him what the problem was, he told me to sit tight & he would be there in about 15-20 minutes. Sure enough, he was right on time & I was so happy to see him. I figured he would be at least an hour or more. He asked for my keys so he could try it in the lock. When he did, he knew exactly what the problem was & he fixed it in about 30 seconds. All it needed was to be lubricated. Over the years it had dried out & had not been sprayed in years. Bob only charged me for a service call which was extremely reasonable & I was so happy to fine someone who was not going to rip me off. It was quite refreshing to say t5he least. When I was locked out of my car on Saturday, I called around & got nothing but answering machines. I found Citrus Lock & Security in the yellow pages & he answered the phone on the 2nd ring. He was at my house in Lecanto in a very short time & opened my car quickly. For a weekend emergency call, his rates were outstanding & only charged me $45.00. He was very professional & friendly. Yesterday I got locked out of my car & called around for a locksmith. Everybody I talked to wanted at least $55 to $60 to open my car & the wait was at least 1 hour. When I called Citrus Lock & Security, he told me $45 & he could be there in less then a half hour. Sure enough, he was at my location in about 20 minutes & unlocked my car in no time. It was very nice doing business with someone who was honest & upfront about the pricing & very affordable. When I got locked out of my house on New Years Eve, I called almost everybody in the Yellow Pages. All I got were mostly answering machines or very high prices because of the holiday weekend. I then found the ad for Citrus Lock & Security in the Yellow Pages & figured here we go again. Much to my surprise, Bob answered the phone & it was after 7:30 PM. When I told him my address, he told me it would be about 30 minutes. Again much to my surprise, he was here in about 20 minutes. He unlocked my house in no time & I was very happy when he told me the price was only $45.00. I was expecting to pay much more because of the holiday. When I asked him why it was so inexpensive, he told me he does not believe in taking advantage of someone elses misfortune & that is his normal price 7 days a week day or night. It was refreshing to find someone in today's world who actually cares about other peoples problems. I will always recommend Citrus Lock & Security to anyone who is in need of locksmith service. I just wanted to say Thank You for your terrific service & very low rates compared to other locksmiths I called in the area. He was very polite, professional & extremely knowledgeable as to my security needs. He installed a couple of deadbolt locks & rekeyed them to fit my existing keys. What I found to be very impressive was, when Bob quoted me a price over the phone to do the work, it turned out to be within $2.00 of what was originally quoted. No hidden fees or extra charges like some of the other locksmiths I already talked to before I contacted Bob. That by itself was a very nice surprise & greatly appreciated; especially in these hard times. I found it refreshing to do business with a company who does exactly what it says it will do at the price they said. Bob truly cares about customer safety, service & satisfaction. EXCELLANT SERVICE / GREAT PRICE * * * * *
Last Saturday I got locked out of my car. After several calls to other Locksmiths, I was ready to give up because the "other guys" had answering machines. I called one Locksmith in Lecanto & they wanted $60.00 to unlock my car & told me it would be an hour before they could come. I then found Citrus Lock & Security in the phone book. It was a nice surprise to find someone who actually answered the phone & was not some answering service. When Bob told me he could be here in 20 minutes I asked him to come. Bob was at my place of business in about 15 minutes & unlocked my car. When he handed me the invoice, I was shocked to see it was only $45.00 & very happy to say the least. I will now have Citrus Lock & Security for all of my Locksmith needs; commercial & residential. I will always recommend him for anyone who needs locksmith service. Bob did a great job & was right on time. This by itself was a very nice surprise. He was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable as to the problem with my lock; which was in need of replacement. After seeing how he worked, I then decided to have him install a couple of deadbolt locks to beef up security on my other doors. I was also happy to see he did not have to go running somewhere to pick up what I needed; he had everything in his vehicle. When all was said & done, I was truly amazed at how affordable his prices were compared to other locksmiths in the area; I called several others before calling Bob. When he quoted me the price for the extra work, it was right on target. Another nice surprise; no extra hidden fees like the other guys. I would definitely recommend & suggest using Citrus Lock & Security to anybody who is in need of any kind of locksmith work.
